Second Sunday

We are officially two weeks into this 6 month haul and I officially don't like it! I need to find a job that works seven days a week so I don't have time to be home, because that's when I get lonely. This is life! I am excited that I was able to talk to Jess twice today! This was a weekend full of organizing. The kids played well together and I cleaned and organized the house, so I did not stop to take many pictures today.

The morning started of with me sleeping again because I stayed up late again! I made the kids pancakes for breakfast, and since we didn't have much syrup left they got to have Hershey's chocolate syrup. Spoiled kids!

We got to see Daddy on Skype today. The kids really like seeing him on the computer, as do I. Bella is too cute, she likes to get right up close to the computer and put her nose on Daddy's nose on the computer screen. The problem is that she is in my way and she clocks the camera. Silly girl!

They kids went down for nap at about 11:30 and it only took Kaeden about 5 minutes to fall asleep. Bella on the other hand was in her crib, but NOT sleeping for 2 1/2 hours! I had to go into her room to change her twice. I swear she was pooping on purpose just to stay up longer and get me to come back in the room. Poor me! Anyway, finally after those 2 1/2 hours she did fall asleep, but then she napped late into the early evening. Kaeden had woken up around 2:30 and got dressed up in his spiderman costume and headed over to Al & Linda's. I waited until 4:30 for Bella to finally wake up and then I got her all bundled up to go to Al & Linda's. 

Al & Linda were so nice to keep the kids for me so I could get some running around done. The kids love to stay there and I love to do me running around without having to drag them along. When I got back to pick them up they were covered in stickers. It was hilarious, and of course I didn't have the camera, but Kaeden had stickers all over his face to include one return address label right over his mouth. I told him he should leave that one there so he can't talk. Haha! He didn't really get it though.

I made supper while the kids were napping and left it in the warm over while I ran my errands and to my surprise is was still warm when we got home to eat it. Bella requested Tater-tot hotdish they other day. I had never heard her say tater-tot hotdish, so once again she pulled the right strings. She got her tater-tot hotdish. Kaeden ate some too! Normally he doesn't eat anything I make that is decent for you unless it is covered in chocolate. Bella ate her plate and finished Kaeden's also.



I am really not doing a good job at reaching my goal of a 9:00 o'clock bedtime. I tell myself 9:00, I go to bed at 11:00, and I fall asleep at 1:00 a.m. So I had better get going!
