OK so Daddy is not really home but we got the next best thing in the mail today. The Daddy dolls have arrived! When we got home, the package was sitting on the counter in the kitchen...brought in by the neighbors of course. I let the kids open the box. Kaeden started by ripping open the first tab...
Then Bella jumped in to help...
Kaeden pulled out the first Daddy doll...
and he LOVED it!
Bella was still trying to get hers out of the bag...
And she loved her Daddy doll!
She kept looking at the doll. I could just see the wheels turning as if she was thinking, is that really my Daddy?
Time for bed now Bella, do you want Daddy to sleep with you? B: "yeah"
OK Kaeden, Bella is down now it is your turn. K: "Mom can I take Daddy to school with me tomorrow?" Me: "you don't have school tomorrow" K: "can I take Daddy with for nap"? Me: "Honey you always have Daddy with you wherever you go, and you can take this pillow anywhere you go".
And, just to be extra comfy while he sleeps, he uses Daddy as a pillow.
